Father's Day Decorations

A little bit of arts, crafts and decoration never go astray when letting your Dad know how much you appreciate him this Father's Day.

We have some great ideas from around the internet for Father's Day decorations that you can try yourself!

Father's Day Banners

A good banner will always look amazing, and it's a hell of a lot of fun to make as well! Check out these awesome free printable Father's Day Tie banners from Shindig, Parties To Go.  They've put together some incredibly well-designed Daddy banners that you can print out and string up for Father's Day.  Visit their fantastic website here and download the pdf file ready for printing from them here.

An alternative is just make some yourself! The Tie shape is easy to replicate, but you can always go with a classic triangle and apart from that all you will need are some big letters, some art supplies and some little hands that love decorating! A handy tip - when creating triangles out of paper, aim to get three triangles out of one piece.  Simply fold one long edge of the paper in half and crease right in the centre, now fold the opposite edge into thirds and you'll be able to crease twice along that edge, evenly spaced. Now you just cut from the corners of the side with the single crease and between the creases themselves, three big, even triangles, easy!
